Two ways to earn 8 – 14 per departure 15 days in Nepal

What that actually means

You focus on your people. We handle Nepal.

Comfortable accommodation, local transport, trekking, rafting, permits, experienced guides and every logistical detail behind the scenes — our local team handles all of it.

Let's be clear from the start

What this is — and what it isn't

You've seen the video. Here's the part most retreat offers leave out — we'd rather lose you now than have you find out in month three that this wasn't what you thought.

What this IS

  • A proven system for yoga teachers, wellness coaches and retreat leaders to host an international retreat — without ever managing a hotel, a bus or a supplier.
  • A real second income: €4,000 to €7,000 per trip on the fixed-commission model — or considerably more if you set your own price.
  • A genuine Nepal experience: trekking, rafting, meditation in nature, community projects, and 15 days of real time with your group.
  • Your job, in full: bring your students, lead your sessions, be present for your group. That's it.

What this is NOT

  • Passive income. You need an active community and the confidence to actually sell to it.
  • An income guarantee. A departure only runs once it reaches 8 travellers in total. If it doesn't fill, it doesn't go.
  • A luxury retreat. Accommodation is comfortable and authentic. This is Nepal — not a five-star resort.
  • Something we run while you relax. You are the group leader. Your students arriving, taking part and feeling safe rests on you.

The process

From application to departure in four steps

No lengthy onboarding, no franchise fee, no course to buy first.

1

Apply & qualify

A short form, then a call. We look at the strength of your community — not your follower count.

2

Choose your window

Pick from six confirmed departure dates across autumn 2026 and spring 2027.

3

Fill your group

You sell to your community. We supply the itinerary, imagery, pricing sheet and booking links.

4

Fly & lead

We run permits, guides, transport, food and accommodation. You lead your sessions and your people.

The model is simple

Two ways to get paid

Pick whichever fits how you want to price. Most teachers start on Option 1 and move to Option 2 once they've run a trip.

Recommended to start

Option 1 · Referral

You bring students to a departure we run and brand.

  • Your students pay €2,685 per person — the standard tour price.
  • We coordinate everything and manage every supplier.
  • You sell to your community, lead your sessions and travel with your group.
  • You never handle money you'd have to refund.

€500 net per student who travels. Fill a whole departure yourself — 8 to 14 people — and that's €4,000 to €7,000. Bring fewer and you still earn €500 each.

Higher margin

Option 2 · Your own retreat

White-label: you sell it under your own name, at your own price.

  • You pay us €2,685 per student.
  • You sell at whatever price you choose — for example, €5,000 per person.
  • You keep the entire difference between what you charge and what you pay.
  • Best once you know your community's willingness to pay.

Up to €32,410 gross, as an example: 14 students at €5,000 each, minus €2,685 per student paid to us.

Run your own numbers

What would your trip pay you?

Move the sliders to match the group you could realistically bring.

Option 1 · Referral

You bring students.
We run everything.

You never set a price and never handle anyone's money. Your students book at the standard €2,685 tour price and you're paid a flat fee for each one who travels.

The fee is fixed. It doesn't move with what your students pay, you front nothing, and you carry no refund risk.

You earn
€4,000
€500 net × 8 students
Option 2 · Your own retreat

You set the price.
You keep the margin.

White-label. You sell the trip as your own retreat at whatever price you choose, and pay us €2,685 per student. Everything above that is yours.

You earn
€18,520
(€5,000 − €2,685) × 8 students

Estimates only, and before your own taxes and marketing costs. Your actual result depends on the students you bring.

You don't have to fill a whole departure on your own. A departure runs with 8–14 travellers in total. You can bring all of them yourself, or join a departure alongside other leaders with as few as one student — and you're paid for every student you bring either way.

Division of labour

We handle Nepal. You handle your people.

The single biggest reason teachers never run a retreat is the operational weight of it. That part is ours.

What we handle

End to end, on the ground in Nepal.

  • Accommodation for the full 15 days
  • All in-country transport and transfers
  • Permits, paperwork and licensed local guides
  • Meals as set out in the itinerary
  • The activity programme — trekking, rafting, community projects
  • Supplier contracts, payments and on-trip problem solving

What you handle

The part only you can do.

  • Bringing students from your own community — one or a full group of 14
  • Leading your own yoga, meditation or breathwork sessions
  • Being present and responsible for your group
  • Your own marketing to your own audience
  • Your international flights and personal travel insurance
  • Setting your price, if you choose Option 2

Before you go further

What you actually need for this to work

Answer these honestly. It costs you nothing to walk away now — it costs a lot to walk away in month four.

Do I have an active community of students who know me and trust me?

Can I persuade at least a few of them to travel to Nepal with me — and ideally fill a departure of 8?

Am I willing to be responsible for making this a genuinely good experience for them?

Can I travel for 15 days in October, November or December 2026 — or in March, April or May 2027?

If you answered “no” to any of these, this probably isn't the right opportunity for you right now. And that's genuinely fine.

If you answered “yes” to all four — keep reading.

No departure, no cost

You are never out of pocket for trying. On the fixed-commission model your students pay the tour price directly — you never front the money and you never carry a refund liability. A departure needs 8 travellers in total to go ahead, and you can reach that on your own or alongside other leaders. If a window doesn't fill, it simply doesn't run, you owe nothing, and you can roll into a later one instead of cancelling.

Confirmed dates

Choose your travel window

Six departures. Each runs with 8–14 travellers in total, and a window closes once it's full.

October · November · December 2026

15 – 30 October 2026
1 – 15 November 2026
16 November – 1 December 2026

March · April · May 2027

17 – 31 March 2027
3 – 17 April 2027
18 April – 2 May 2027

Autumn and spring are Nepal's two clear-weather trekking seasons. Give yourself roughly four to six months to fill a group comfortably.

Straight answers

Questions teachers ask us first

Do I have to bring 8 people myself?

No. Eight travellers is the minimum for a departure to go ahead — below that the ground costs don't work. But that total doesn't have to come from one leader.

You can fill a whole departure from your own community and have the group entirely to yourself, or you can join a departure alongside other leaders and bring as few as one student. You're paid €500 for every student you bring, either way.

If a window doesn't reach 8 in total, it doesn't run, you owe nothing, and you can move to the next one.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

On Option 1, the fixed-commission model: no. Your students pay the €2,685 standard tour price directly, and you receive €500 net for every student who travels. You never front money and you never carry a refund liability.

On Option 2 you become the seller, so you take on the payment relationship with your students and pay us €2,685 per student. Higher margin, more responsibility.

Do I need to be a certified yoga teacher?

What actually matters is an engaged community that knows and trusts you, plus the ability to hold space for a group across 15 days. Yoga teachers, wellness coaches, retreat leaders and community builders all qualify.

How big does my following need to be?

We look at engaged students, not follower counts. A teacher with 60 regular in-person students converts far better than one with 30,000 passive followers.

The honest benchmark: if you've previously sold anything to your community — a workshop, a course, a weekend retreat — you're the profile that works here.

Are international flights included?

No. The tour price covers the programme on the ground in Nepal — accommodation, in-country transport, permits, guides, meals per itinerary and the activity programme. Your students book their own flights to Kathmandu, and so do you.

Personal travel insurance is each traveller's own responsibility and we require it.

How fit do my students need to be?

The itinerary includes trekking and rafting, so travellers need reasonable general fitness and the ability to walk for several hours on consecutive days. It is not a technical climb and no mountaineering experience is required.

How much selling do I realistically have to do?

Enough to convert eight people to a €2,685 international trip — that's a considered purchase, not an impulse one. Expect to talk about it consistently for several months, run at least one information session, and speak to interested students personally.

We supply the itinerary, imagery, pricing sheet and booking links. We can't supply the relationship — that's the part you already have.

What support do I get during the trip itself?

You travel with our licensed local guides and ground team throughout. Logistics, transport, accommodation issues and any on-trip problems are theirs to solve. Your attention stays on your students and your sessions.

What happens after I apply?

We review your application and reply within 48 hours. If it looks like a fit, we book a call to talk through your community, your preferred window and which model suits you. There's no cost and no obligation at any point in that process.
